TOWN FACILITY FEE SCHEDULE ESTABLISHMENT

The Town Council will consider establishing Town Facility Fee Schedule at its meeting on _April 26th____, 2018 [Meeting date must be 60 days from the date that this notice is posted on the Town’s homepage.] The Facility Fee Schedule proposals will be as follows:

BARBECUE RAMADA Per Use/Day: $15.00 $25.00

ATHLETIC BALL FIELDS (Non League) Per Field/Per Day: $35.00 $45.00
(League) Per Field/Per Day: $10.00 $15.00
MULTI PURPOSE FIELDS (Non League) Per Field/Per Day: $35.00 $45.00
(League) Per Field/Per Day: $20.00 $30.00
FIELD SECURITY DEPOSIT (Non League) Per Day: $50.00 $50.00

LIGHTING:

STAFF FACILITY ASSISTANCE

CLEANING DEPOSIT (REFUNDABLE): $75.00 $75.00

TABLE RENTAL (EACH) $10.00 $10.00
DEPOSIT PER TABLE: $10.00 $10.00
REPLACEMENT PER TABLE: $50.00 $50.00

This proposed Town Facility Fee Schedule will be voted by Huachuca City Town Council on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at 7:00pm at Town Hall located at 500 N. Gonzales Blvd, Huachuca City, AZ .
If approved these changes would go into effect on immediately.
